ACAC does yeoman’s service with cricket

ST LOUIS, MO — American Cricket Academy and Club (ACAC), a non-profit organization born with an idea of giving back to community through youth sport started with sport known and close to their heart – the game of cricket.

The journey began in July 2015 with 6 kids to connect and give back to community, build character among all involved and share game of cricket.

The USA Cricket Rookie league is the National Entry Level Program aiming to inspire the next generation of cricketers across the United States. The newly-formed US Cricket will be launching the Rookie League in Missouri in which ACAC will be playing a leading role along with cities in California and Maryland.

ACAC’s vision has three foundational pillars–character, community and cricket, to create selfless team of volunteers with positive attitude of investing back into our community. Currently, ACAC has 200-plus athletes backed by a team of active parents involved from day-to-day operations, to identify and drive all current and new initiatives. Sharing and giving back to the community is an important component of the Academy’s mission.

Since inception, ACAC has been performing non-stop monthly service projects and in 2017 it has spent around 19,000 volunteer hours and completed several community service projects.
