73rd I-Day Flag Hosting by AIA at Daley Plaza

CHICAGO,IL- Assoications of Indian in America Illinois Chapter celebrated 73rd India Independence day at Daley plaza. 400 plus people gatehered to attand this function. Flag hosting was done with Consul Ranjit Singh & AIA members.Indian and American national anthem sung by Shagun Panday and Anil Sharma. Vice President Hina Trivedi welcomes all guest speakers from Treasurer office ,Secretary state ,and clerk office The Guest Speaker Colleen Taylor Sen.
There where some eye popping performance and message in the performance against use of plastic and unity. AIA Illinois chapter President Santosh Pandey Spoke about AIA organizing Independence day celebration Gandhi Jay-anti and Youth Festival every year to promote Indian community activities & achievements.The final dance performed by Nache Mayuri Group was highlight of the show. Past President Anil Sharma Manorajan Mishra , Ashish Sen Prem Mehrotra and all other AIA committee members where present during the function
