$50,000 Reward Offered For Information On Theft of USPS Letter Carrier Truck

DENVER, CO —The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) is seeking information on the robbery of a U.S. Postal Service truck that took place on January 28th, 2023 at around 3:09 PM. The truck was near the intersection of Kearney Street and 19th Avenue in the South Park Hill neighborhood when it was robbed by an unknown suspect. The suspect fled the scene in a silver Honda sedan, traveling eastbound on East 19th Avenue.

The USPIS has described the suspect as a Hispanic man who was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and a red jacket at the time of the robbery. If anyone sees the suspect, they are advised to contact local law enforcement or the USPIS line at 1-877-876-2455. All information reported will be kept confidential.

The USPIS is offering a reward of up to $50,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. The USPIS is urging anyone with information about the robbery to come forward to help bring the suspect to justice.
