Munich–The Edge of War Twitter Review: George MacKay steals the show; Fans call the feature ‘thrilling’

The 2021 drama/Historical drama starring George MacKay, Jeremy Irons, Alex Jennings, Jannis Niewöhner, Jessica Brown Findlay, Liv Lisa Fries amongst many other gems has just been released on Netflix! For those unversed, the war film’s official synopsis reads: “Set in the fall of 1938, Hitler prepares to invade Czechoslovakia, and the government of Neville Chamberlain desperately seeks a peaceful solution. #MunichTheEdgeofWar was a thrilling political drama with some touching and sadly relatable scenes of people being enamoured of populist politics before being rudely awakened. It also recasts Chamberlain’s actions as less cowardly and more genuinely concerned at prospect of war.
