From being a struggling actor to becoming an established name in the Indian film industries, Prabhas has now come a long way and it wasn’t easy for the star to make it this big.
Prabhas made his debut with the Telugu film Eeshwar, in 2002, and he had no idea what was in store for him. He might have been a part of many movies but it was Baahubali: The Beginning that changed his life completely and established him as a headliner in the record-breaking film.
In 2019, Prabhas made his entry in Bollywood with Saaho, which also became a super hit film. He has four Pan Indian films and one Pan world film – Radhe Shyam, Salaar, ProjectK, Adipurush, and Spirit, which will release in Asian languages as well along with South Indian languages.
Apart from being a great actor, he is also a humanitarian who believes in helping people in need. Prabhas has donated a huge amount of Rs 1 crore to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. After the recent floods which caused devastation in some areas of the state, the Baahubali actor has donated the money.
This is not the first time that Prabhas has gone all out to help the people who need urgent attention and help. In 2020, he had announced a big donation of Rs 1.5 crore to the Telangana chief minister relief fund in a bid to support flood relief activities.
Previously, he donated around Rs 4.5 crore when India was fighting against COVID. “The amount that the actor has donated is just a way of giving back to the society and is a way to thank his fans for the hulking support he has been received since the very beginning,” said a source close to the actor.
Prabhas is currently one of the most bankable actors in the film industry. In an interview with IANS, he had said that he fears failure and is still not used to handling stardom. “After being in the industry for 13-14 years now, I still don’t know how to handle stardom. My fans feel bad that their hero doesn’t come out so much. I’m better than before, and trying to improve,” said the actor.
“Fear of failure is definitely there for every film. It was present for Baahubali; then, after the first part, it was there for the second part. Now, there are so many expectations and the audience wants to see something else… Fear is there, but what we can do is believe in something and try to make it,” he added.
We are genuinely proud of the actor!
