KAEC (Saudi Arabia), Nov 7

Indian golfer Tvesa Malik strung together a superb bogey-free round of 5-under 67 to enter the top-10 of the Aramco Saudi Ladies International here.

Tvesa, who has been enduring a lean period over the last few weeks after a superb start to the season, is now 6-under following rounds of 74-69 on the first two days. She is lying tied-9th.

Aditi Ashok also turned in a steady 3-under 69, the same as the second day, and was 5-under and T-12th. Meanwhile, Diksha Dagar (74-74) missed the cut.

World No. 7 Lydia Ko produced a scorching round of 63 to claim a four-shot lead on the third day.

Lahiri stays inside top-20

Playa Del Carmen: India’s Anirban Lahiri recovered from a nightmarish start to hit 1-under 71 in the third round to lie T-17th at the World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba here.

Lahiri, who shot 67-66 on the first two days, dropped a bogey and a double-bogey on the second and third holes but salvaged the day with five birdies before a late bogey left a bad taste. — PTI
